Any tips on what level to keep some of my characters with accountant sidekicks?

Five of my characters dinged to level 30, got the level 1 accountant and have 100 Sidekick Fanucci gambit...

Minimum Balances for Maximum Daily Interest (with 100 Sidekick Fanucci gambit)
Levels 30 to 31 - Not sure (I wasn't at those levels for long)
Levels 32 to 45 - 17.5 million or more zorkmids provides 428,800 zorkmids in interest daily
Levels 46 to 66 - ???
Levels 67 and up - ???

If you stay accountant the whole way, aim for these levels:

Level 30 = 1% daily interest
Level 32 = 2% daily interest
Level 46 = 3% daily interest
Level 67 = 4% daily interest

If you're not going to be active for awhile, getting to Level 32 isn't too far from Level 30 and doubles your daily interest. I generally encourage folks to get to Level 46 on their main if they're planning to help build up the clan armory and 32 on any accountant alts.

I'm about to hit Level 64 and have yet to have any problems exploring at +5 with the accountant as my sidekick. I may eventually need to move over to The Mob to deal with the 70+ levels, but for now, no problems in leveling.

There also seems to be a maximum daily zorkmid interest gain...

Crunching a few more numbers:

Here are the minimum bank account amounts to gain the maximum daily interest payment of 643,000 zorkmids.

Assuming a 100 Sidekick Fanucci gambit:
Level 30 (3.2%): 20,093,750
Level 32 (6.4%): 10,046,875
Level 46 (9.6%): 6,697,917
Level 67 (12.8%): 5,023,438

I guess I'll be saving up zorkmids for much longer than I intended...

Trying to answer your questions, ask if I don't do a god job.

Yes with 100 on your accountant it multiplies the percent by 3.2. Though after about 2 million or so you will fall victim to the rich tax which will lower the percentage by about .01 for every half a million over 2 million.

One more thing to consider. The more zorkmids you have, the smaller % of interest you end up getting. Kind of a diminishing returns thing. Roughly somewhere around 18-20 million zorkmids is where you get into a spot of getting a set amount of zorkmids everyday, based on the % of interest you are receiving.

I'm not sure if someone has posted it up yet, but I'm going to guess that once I hit Level 67, I will be able to get more than 643,000 zorkmids a day... my guess would be around 850,000 zorkmids, as I'll be getting an extra 1% more a day. I think the 643,000 number you are going off of was from people that never got to a Level 10 accountant.

Yes, I too have noticed that the diminishing percentage of return has seemed to even out. I'll have to take in some numbers but 1% seems about accurate.

Okay, twenty five of my level 32 characters are earning anywhere from 2.86% to 6.40% on a total of more than 53 million zorkmids... Five more will be joining their ranks within the next two or three days...

At worst, this makes for approximately 1.2 million zorkmids of total interest per day...

Add in 25 to 30 (characters) * 30 (battle APs per day) * 3200 (zorkmids per battle)
= 2.4 to 3.0 million in arena zorkmids each day, I should have my own accountants maxed out in equipment fairly shortly...

Galifre! Glad to see you peeking in! I've actually been getting back into LoZ more now that 1) The fame bug is gone and 2) The clan battle stats are adding up again.

Now if we could only find something that could rally a bunch of our clan together... something that would be fun for everyone to work on... then we'd really have something... a reason to start sending out some more clan-rallying messages.

Prof, you're absolutely beastly. I was battling some of my own alts the other evening and saw our clan battle stats jumping up, and then I saw one of your alts flash numerous victories over the 'twitter' feed and I knew what was going on :-)

If you ever get bored of battling, you really should check out the fame game. Quite entertaining for me and easy to get into. The best spots to be right now are level 5-7 characters.

I figured out a quick way to battle the same batch of players with multiple characters in rapid succession... It allows me to cycle through the daily 30 AP allotment in about a minute per character...

Right now, I am concentrating on getting maximum equipment, spells, and training for all of those characters so that they can start fueling the clan armory... I'm not too worried about fame...

Once each of my accountants gets a sizable zorkmid back account, I'll go back to Fanucci card hunting...

Two points:

1. The arena battling method that I have found requires no scripts whatsoever...

2. With another 750 worth of daily AP spent in less than half an hour, we are now over 200k clan wins...

A confirmation note here:

At Level 67, my accountant just hit Level 10 and receives the following awards:

Daily Bank Interest: 4%
Prices in Stores: -10%
Prices Sell: +10% (although I believe this feature is broken)
Increases to my Daily AP cap of 90: +10 (not 10 more AP a day, but if I don't play for awhile, it will hold up to 100AP instead of 90)

UPDATE: With 4% interest, I'm making 860,000 zorkmids a day from the interest.

That means any Zorker with the Beauty card, Level 10 Accountant discount and clan discount can buy the most expensive weapon in the game every 3 days from their interest alone.

The downside: To get the 1 Billion Zorkmid Cap trophy, I would need to keep the Accountant, use my 30AP to successfully win 30 battles each day, not spend any zorkmids and take a Masterwork weapon from the clan armory every week for the next 665 days. That's a long stinking time.

Here's some information that I have collected:

1. At level 32 with 2% interest and a fully Fanucci'ed sidekick, it seems that any balance 2.5 million or below gives 6.4% daily interest...

2. Above 2.5 million, the daily interest decreases approximately 0.18% to 0.25% every million zorkmids... This levels off the interest payments to approximately 400k after about 10 million zorkmids...
