Armory Sale

As of this writing the Armory was having a sale. All armor and weapons are 20% off. That isn't the case in the Magic Shoppe. The discount stacks with your own discount so the savings is huge.

Masterwork Mad Arch Mace is selling for 2.17M zorkimids down from 3.5M.

This could mean new items coming down the pike. So do we buy or hold out? I'm jumping in I think.

It sounds like a great time for our clan armorers to help restock on items...

Buy, these sales don't come very often. The last one was in April.

Also, items that have a coconut cost are discounted right now too (doh! ... the day after I used up my coconuts). If you have coconuts, or have ever thought about buying any, now is the time to invest. April was also the last time these coconut items were on sale.

I just bought the easter defense item.Yess

Any idea when the sale ends? I bought all of the Easter Gear , but would like to get some things for the clan as well. What are the clans most pressing item needs?

OK, i went ahead and purchased some (but not all) of my Easter items.
I thought this sale too good to pass up, so I went ahead and purchased a bucketload of weapons: Antharian Flat Clubs (32), Flatheadian Boxing Rulebooks (28), Kovalli Throwing Axes (32), and Quarterstaffs (or is it Quarterstaves?) (72).....enough to give the clan a total of 115 of each item, which means the next 15 requests for each item should automatic grants

All-in-all, the cost was just over 2.2 mil, but it was worth it!

If anyone else wants to join in, the Armor section could use a little boost.... particularly the secondary armor pieces (which, in my opinion are extremely overpriced and therefore perfect items for the clan armory).

I'm impressed. I make small donations every now and again. I'm still building up my money so I can't enjoy the sale right now.

nice some decent armor and wepons in there, nice, when I see some good numbers from my accountant I should be adding some to it from my cat character.

Thanks for the heads up on the coconut discounts. I loaded up on potions while the getting is good. I think I am going on a level run to get a boost from my accountant and maybe start finding some face cards.
