1) FIRST, always work on increasing your Fanucci Gambit. You can do so without leveling up by exploring at -5 levels. Your Gambit will increase your Attack & Defense Ratings up to 500 EACH when fully maxed. To increase your Gambit, click on the 'Cards' link, and then drag a card to the lower-right quadrant (the Gambit).

If you're a Level 10 character, by visiting each possible member of The Fame Farm once a day for a week, you'll gain more than 1 million in fame!

4) WARNING: Sudden increase in your fame may make you very popular and bring additional glory to the clan. As we've seen, moths are attracted to flames, so do expect to get attacked more often if you have more fame, especially if you have a low Gambit... a few of the animals on the farm may even bite back. IF SOMEONE REPEATEDLY IS ATTACKING YOU, CHECK YOUR ENEMY LIST! If they are on there, just delete them... they'll have to search for you the next time rather than just clicking on their list.

You can delete a character. It might have been banned, several things can happen.

I even saw that clans can be banned.

You can't battle him because he is a lower level than you.

UPDATE!!!

The Fame Farm is booming! We now have more than 40 grazing members, including several with more than 1 Billion in fame.

I have one character that I created yesterday. On his second day (raced to Level 6 on the first day), he's already over 100 Million Fame!

Anyone that would like a shot at playing the 'fame game' and doesn't want to risk losing a character that you've put a lot of time into to the 'fame bug' (like those with a 100 Gambit...), I suggest you create an alt, jump to Level 6, and then have some fun in The Fame Farm.

Right now, if you can manage to go 'bug free', you could race to the top of the charts in around 1 month... and if you do catch the bug.. no biggie! You haven't put a bunch of time into the card hunting and battle mongering with that alt anyway Plus you can get yourself and The BGL some recognition by adding that character to The Fame Farm (where The Blackguard is actually passing us in total famous members).

The Fame Farm is now offering more than 500 Million Fame PER DAY to those levels 6-10.

Even better news... the dreaded 'Fame Bug' seems to be fixed. Several of my previously broken characters are once again beating down foes.

Yup, the fame bug is looking like a thing of the past. Also if that broken link means anything LoZ is getting a forum dedicated solely to it, as in having it's own URL. I'm not sure how that helps, but it might be pointing to them focusing more effort in our direction.

Just dont break it like you did the last one.

Fame inflation is running wild. You can now get more than 1 Billion Fame in 1 Day in The Fame Farm.

This is going to be a weird celebratory note, but... hurrah! The Fame Farm, in its short existence and in spite of having the clan battle stats break several times, has hit #11 on the all-time clan losses list A good number of zorkers are consistently using this resource we provided for those with fame goals. Nice work BGL! And nice work to those in other clans that have helped with this effort (most notably The Blackguard and The Posse).
