How do you get so much AP? is there a way to get coconuts or potions without paying cash?

They have an option of working for Amazon to get coconuts, but I just buy them sixty at a time. That three weeks to a month and a half worth depending on how lazy you are.

I'm going for the Miznian Guardian Angel this week. If I get lucky on the level 15 quest I should be able to get it before tomorrow morning. If not, well crapola.
