HISTORIC DAY in THE BGL!

Mark it down. January 21st, 2011.

The BGL officially hits 200,000 clan wins! While I'm sure the clan has more than 200,000 wins (numerous victories were lost due to the clan battle stats being broken several times), it's exciting to see us hit this mark in its FIRST YEAR of existence.

The BGL is also home to the only Zorker (as of today) to hit 10 Billion Fame!

I'm very proud to see this clan continue to thrive while many other clans have passed away. We have grown from a clan full of beginners to one with some of the most active vets left in the game. Kudos to each of you reading this. You're the reason why this clan has had so much success and provided many hours of fun for the rest of us.

To follow up on a Prof post elsewhere, any thoughts on how to keep the recent momentum going?

One idea: we contact clan members (probably through a clan-wide email) to give them a chance to help in several different areas. We could have leaders to:

1) Lead armory builders (accountant-based characters) with armory goals
2) Lead recruiters on recruiting goals
3) Lead battlers on arena goals
4) Lead fame-seeking alts toward fame leaderboard spots.
5) Creative types... clan history logs, clan contests, etc.

Anyone could have an alt in any of these areas.
